Super cozy spot in the heart of it all
We had a great time chilling in this charming place! The location's unbeatable—strolling to food trucks and cafes was easy. Plus, the vibe around here is super lively! The only thing was that the food setup could've been better for breakfast, just bagels and muffins were a bit limited.

Had a great stay with friends! Perfect location for the local music festival and fun spots. The place was super clean, secured by key codes, and we loved hanging out in the cozy parlor post-show. Parking was easy and free, and coffee was ready early each morning!
One downside was that some supplies weren’t replenished during our stay. It would be nice to come back to a fully stocked room after a day out.

Absolutely loved relaxing on the deck with the vibrant views and unwinding in the comfy bed. Just a bit of noise from the bar, but I’d stay here again!

charming stay with minor sleep disruptions
The luxury triple room was beautifully decorated, merging modern comforts with historic charm. I appreciated the seamless self-check-in process, allowing me to settle in quickly and start enjoying my trip. The city view from the deck was refreshing, making my evenings more enjoyable after a long day. The cozy bed was another highlight. I slept soundly and woke up feeling refreshed. Overall, the ambiance was incredibly inviting.
However, I experienced some street noise from nearby nightlife, which occasionally interrupted my sleep.

The Superior King Room was cozy and had that charming vintage vibe, which I loved! The bed was super comfy—definitely got some good sleep. The location is perfect, right near all the nightlife and food spots on Dickson. One downside was the noise from the street outside, but it’s what you expect in a busy area, I guess. Overall, the atmosphere made up for it.

The home-made bread at breakfast was a game changer—warm and fresh! Plus, the location is prime. just steps away from wicked eats like Emelia's Mediterranean Kitchen and coolest spots like Hammontree's Grilled Cheese! Cozy vibes all around.
Only hiccup was the noise from across the street—piano bar life, ya know? Just had to roll with it!

I had a lovely stay at the Dickson Street Inn. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Fayetteville. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and the university without any hassle. The building has so much charm. I really appreciated the cozy lounge area on the main floor. it felt inviting. My room was well-furnished and the mattress was quite comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. However, the pillows were lacking. they were flat and could use replacing. I also expected breakfast to be included but only found some muffins, bagels, and coffee available, which felt a bit disappointing. I wish they’d clarify that beforehand. Noise was a bit of an issue, especially while staying in a room right above the bar. It did disrupt my sleep a bit, but I loved the ambiance of being close to everything. I would return, but I’d probably avoid the rooms above the bar next time. Parking was another slight hassle, as spots were limited, but I managed to find overflow parking without too much trouble.
